PRAVDA Farms is more than a farm — it’s a story of family, resilience, and the future we dare to grow. What began as a modest poultry and subsistence farm in rural Ghana — started by our father, a retired civil engineer — has become a transcontinental initiative reimagined by the next generation.
In 2023, a devastating poultry die-off shook our foundation. Water stress, feed shortages, and disease made it clear: conventional farming models weren’t working — not for us, not for the planet, and certainly not for the communities we cared about. That crisis forced a reimagining.
We asked: What if farming could mimic nature? What if waste became wealth? What if we could build systems that center the wisdom of our elders while embracing the creativity of our youth?
Led by siblings Marwa and Morwan, we are first-time Agri-Tech entrepreneurs with no formal background in agriculture — only a deep personal history and an unshakable purpose. Morwan is a natural generator of bold ideas. Marwa is the anchor — turning vision into action, and learning to move past internal doubt with the right support.
This is our first real shot at building something that outlives us. Something not just for profit — but for people, land, and legacy.
We’re using futures thinking, ancestral wisdom, and regenerative practices to build circular, low-tech farming systems in Ghana and Manitoba. And we’re just getting started.
