By 2030, we will reinvest at least 50% of our annual surplus revenue into rural youth and women-led agro-enterprise initiatives.
This means that a significant portion of our profits will go directly toward:
Supporting young agri-preneurs and women farmers in starting or scaling their work
Providing access to training, tools, and closed-loop farming systems
Creating locally driven economic opportunities that are sustainable, dignified, and climate-resilient
This pledge isn’t just a promise — it’s how we hold ourselves accountable to the communities we serve in Ghana, Canada, and beyond.
Because when we invest in people, we grow more than food — we grow futures.
